Make right decisions using this ancient technique!

tough decisions

In 1990, scientists discovered an ancient technique that opened the door to a compelling conversation about making tough decisions. They found in every human heart 40 000 or so specialized cells are configured to create a neural network in the heart. They are brain-like cells, but not in the brain, but the heart. And it’s called “the little brain in the heart.”Try this ancient technique while making tough decisions”!

Learn how the little brain in the heart helps in making decisions

Scientists have expounded a map of this tiny brain, called the intracardiac nervous system, in rat hearts.

The heart’s master is the brain; however, nerve cells in it have a function, too. These neurons are considered to have a crucial role in heart health, helping to fine-tune heart rhythms and also capable of protecting people against certain kinds of heart disease.

The scientists discovered that these cells think independently of the cranial brain, feel, and remember. It means every experience that we have, even this one right now, can be registered in 2 places, so it’s not a problem; we can memorize it in the cranial mind and the heart. But if we had trauma, it would still be registered in both places, and if we tried to heal that trauma by thinking about it or talking from our minds, it might feel incomplete. The healing may feel incomplete. Now we know this intuitively and would surely help in decision making. Refer to this link https://youtu.be/exHp3L_c2Lg.

An excerpt from Gregg Braden’s experience while making decisions

A scientist named Gregg Braden experimented a few years ago. He went to every age group and asked, “Where are you sitting right now? Show me where you’re sitting”, and people say, “I’m sitting right here”, they say right here. Or you ask the indigenous people, “Where do you live?” “Well, this is my home.” And almost instinctively, we know that the heart is the seat of our existence; it’s the seat of our being; you don’t see them hitting their head or their arm or something else. So we talk about heart intelligence; what we’re talking about is these neurons’ ability to help us communicate with the neurons in a meaningful way to those neurons, which are linked to wisdom, and intelligence, that is right for us.

And any question that you ask, this intelligence will answer you in a way that will serve you at that moment. It’ll never tell you to do anything dangerous or anything that would hurt anyone else.

A perfect example as described by Gregg Braden- “I was in Australia over 9/11. I couldn’t get back to my own country till the flights were flying again. And when they did fly, I was in Sydney, Australia, and there was a Boeing 747, a big plane with fewer than 20 people going to come to the US. We were at the gate to board, and the agent at the ticket counter said, “There are few people we’re not going to board by boarding rows, but you can board this plane if you want to go to America”, and I said, “Well you don’t sound very encouraging”.

She says, “I don’t know what happened in that country. But this plane’s going to go there. I don’t know if it’s going to happen again, I don’t know if it’s over, but if you want to get on the plane, you can”. “It didn’t instil a lot of confidence in the other people there or me.

I said, “Hold that thought, just wait a minute”, and stepped around the corner to try the technique.

How to apply this ancient technique?

Apply the technique by tapping your heart, and when you connect your heart, your awareness will always go to where you feel the touch. So you can channel your tension into your heart centre in this way, and you slow your breathing, just a few breaths slower than usual. When you slow your breathing, it tells your body that you are safe; you’re in a safe place!. And when you’re secure and feel safe, it’s a switch; it’s like an emotional trigger that frees the rejuvenating in healing chemistry in the body because the stress and survival chemistry is not needed if you feel safe.

So when you slow your breathing and focus on your heart, that is the doorway to higher intelligence. Shamans do this all the time. Even monks, nuns, you see them do this all the time to access the heart intelligence. So use this technique when you face any high-pressure situations where you need to make a critical decision. Ask your heart. “My heart, is this safe for me”?.

But if you request your head, it may not give an accurate answer. Because the brain is a polarity organ, the left and right brain, there’s always a right and wrong, good and the bad, success/failure, and if you ask your brain a question under pressure, your brain will go through the logic and ego loops that will keep you from making the answer.

When you ask your heart, the heart’s not a polarity organ, so you consciously free yourself from those loops into what is called heart intelligence. And generally, your heart will answer; it knows you very well; it’s been with you a long time. Your heart will answer before you even finish the question.
